Conaxsat Duo Information and History:
The Conaxsat Duo is basically the exact same as the Trio minus the Divx capabilities. The Duo is a very good entry level PVR FTA receiver. It comes complete with all the same great features as the Conaxsat Mini such as the lightning fast guides and easy to navigate menus. but also has a PVR feature which allows you to record what you watching or set it to record what you will miss on television. In order to take advantage of the PV recording feature you need an external HD (hard drive) with it's own power source that plugs into the wall. The HD can connect directly to the Conaxsat Duo by USB which is located at the front of the receiver for the PVR. There is another USB port located on the back of the Conaxsat Duo and this is used for inserting a memory stick with the latest fixes you get from N2News.
