Thank you for choosing N2News as your FTA Support provider. It's very unfortunate that you want to cancel your membership.

If you are need to cancel this minute for some reason or we have dissatisfied you enought that you nee dto cancel your membership with us right now you can click on the link below which will cancel any further payments from your account.

If you do want to cancel there's a couple different ways you can do this. you can either email us directly at sales@n2news.com and we will cancel your membership OR you can log into your paypal account and cancel your membership manually yourself. Please keep in mind that you need to cancel before your next billing date. We don't give refunds because we send you an emailing explaining what to do if you don't want to be billed again. Paypal also will send you a similar email explaining how to cancel and all your billing details.

If you are sure that you will only want one month or you are sure you dont' want to be billed again when you first sign up. Just email us and tell us that you don't want your membership to be a subscription and we will make sure you are not charged again.

N2News answers all emails in priority sequence and we ask that you please give us at least 2 business days notice before your billing date that you want to cancel. This way we can be sure you don't get billed. It is very likely though, if you cancel in under that amount of time that your cancellation might not go through in time.

Refunds & Exchanges

N2News does not give refunds. If you join you will not be eligible for a refund of any kind. We can't have people getting their money back because it opens the doors to people scamming us by joining and downloading the files and software they wanted and then getting a refund. We are very sorry if you are dissatisfied with out service that much that you think you deserve a refund. Just because we don't give refunds does not mean we do not want to work things out with the customer. If you are a customer and you for some reason are not comletely happy with us you can file your complaint by emailing it to sales@n2news.com. We will have a customer representative get into contact with you and try to resolve the matter.
