if you know how to download torrents then isohunt is a good site.

that's what i use anyways.

can also try seedpeer, fulldls.com, torrentvalley, mininova they seem to be pretty much the same.

Long time P.S 2 modded user new to the X Box 360 myself I want to mod my new toy . where is a good place to start ? Not sure of the terminology and what it all means or how it works .. I modded the P.S 2 with a new chip then just burn a disk then played the game .. Thanks

Xbox360iso.com has the tutorials for modding 360 hope it helps they also have iso's
