All channels have now switched to the new Nagra3 encryption which has NOT been opened as of now. We recommend that all members consider testing alternative method's, Such as Nfusion,K-Box,Sonicview an Conaxsat!!

Red face Any promising news on Viewsat yet?

Sorry to ask but all these threads/posts are all over the place claiming fixes and/or a few channels, etc.

Short & sweet.......where do us loyal Viewsat fans stand at this point?

Thanks!

those are not fixes, just a list of channels that can work if you do the right things. As far as VS, there is no new news as of yet, but the last update from them was that a fix is close, they have already began extracting the vital info from the k-chip. If you are a loyal VS user, then you are already in the best shape possible right now. Just hang in there. BG

I have a VS Platinum and a VS extreme and I used them for nearly 3 years. I am very happy with their customer service.

Question VS Cardless fix info
here is c&p from hash site

Well People, It was almost 3 yrs ago to the day, when we were faced with the looming N2 crisis, but that didn't last long. Things have come full circle again, and providers have completed yet another card swap in an effort to tighten security. Apparently they didn't spend enough money on R&D to properly secure their signals though, as *** solutions have been working
before and since the switch to N3.

We all know the dangers of this & far too much money was being lost by FTA manufacturers to go this route. Rumors are rampant that CNX, Viewsat & others will be releasing cardless solutions yet again. Though unsubstantiated as of now, some very reliable sources are reporting with utmost certainty that these solutions will be coming to the internet shortly (a few days to 2 weeks). It has been reported that all models will be able to handle the bin but I'm guessing that maybe the Platinum won't.

The Europeans were first to break the new encryption system, but N.A. is following suit, and you should all be watching tv very soon. Relax, don't worry & stay tuned for the latest...

i trust this site not because iam member of this site or promoting this site every website according to me is good and has good resources of information but i trust this website because i remember map57 days just around 7am in morning i get news from reliable source on hash website viewsat has fix coming today i was thinking like romour being posted on the site but when i check total site around 1pm est fix was there and viewsat boxes were rocking.i hope this romour will be true again.Man makes code and other has ability to break it too.
could we be this luckey
