I get this message everytime I try and load a file. I have a dell laptop. Please Help? How can I fix this?

why dont you try to load the file with the usb stick through the receiver usb port...but let me ask you a question why do you want to do that now....all channels are gone ...anyway

that box can't be loaded with a stick Q, its the ONLY bad thing about it. It has a usb communication terminal, but no host drive. As for the loading, mine does that often as well. Usually I will exit out of the loader program and then disconnect the cable, then I will reconnect the cable and try to load again, if still no luck, then I will power down the pc while connected and repower, it should show up then, but I have still had it not before, so I would just play with the port number on my pc and try it and then return to port 1, sometimes if I just tried it on port 2 (even though it is not on p2) just to get it to reckognize when you reasign it to port one. Its just being picky. Good luck bud.
