still problems
hey i'm trying to load the new bin and factory bin, but not loading what should i do?

i have a question im new two this an im still having trouble with frezzing if i reboot my system will it help the frezzing? I have viewsat 2000 ultra..........help:

090227 is newest bin if you have a ultra go to viewsat ultra files

cleaner needed for platinum
after I loaded the 227 file i lost everything on this recieverits totally blank i reloaded203 then 227 and its still blank please help

unplug it from power for 5 min. then turn it off a the back switch ..then plug it back up to the power ,then go back to your loader ..start to load new file Dbpsw-090227p-1

then click on PC>STB then turn on back switch it should start down loading,,,ddd
