I need help. I was downlaoding a bin and now I have 7777 on my VS Ultra. Its locked me out of my boxWhat did I do wrong. Can someone give me some advice.

I tried that aready
It downlaoded the bin, but when it was completed it came out with this symbol I- I- I- still locked out of my box, whats next, and thanks for ur last info.

what if you use the cleaner to clean the box and start all over, will the cleaner take off the bad file or whatever it is that is locking it up?
