you will not see an increase in voltage when a move call is sent, 13-18 volts is to control the lnb polarity. So the motor will move at an interanally regulated voltage less then the lowest supply voltage (13v). The motor moves because it receives a positioning signal from the box telling it to use the voltage already there. There is no way of testing the box without an oscilliscope, but most of the time it is not the box. Can you move it from the buttons on the motor? If so, then maybe the box (most likely settings) but if not, then the motor is frozen or not connected correctly. Make sure the motor is the first thing from the box. make sure your coax connections are weather tight. And make sure that your box to motor run is no more than 100 feet with a good quality rg6 or rg6 quad. Hope this gives you some ideas. BG
