So to clear it up, if it is a FTA "FILE" site. then...NO! But if it is a true FTA site (not a forum) but a sales, alighnment, sat info, or any other True fta link it is ok........right?


At risk of being banned, what about lyngsat.com? for example

Wrong. Read the previous post. It made it very clear..

Links to FTA sites are not allowed, haven't been since I've been here, and won't be for the forseeable future. This was all explained in the previous post.
Please do not PM me directly for support, I know nothing about receivers, I'm merely the local VB guru..

I would like to get an opinion from some other mod/ admins on this. How can we help a guy with a true fta or dish alighnment without these sites? I can dig up over a HUNDRED posts by MODS that include these sites. I think this is going to be an issue and "grey area" WILL NOT CUT IT! We need guidelines here. I have been helping folks on this site for a long time now and I need to know this.
