I have a sv360 premier for 6 month now and cant get it going. My nfusionHD crash so now i need my sv360 to work. Can i get some help? I think everything is set up ok. I have the **** conect signal and am getting ch 100. Thats the only ch am getting. Everything else is scrambled. Help somebody

you most likely have an old file installed. the file released today for the prem, 0255 zip ,and fw v1.9 is the files you need , you'll find them posted in the download sections, .update your stb. should get you going .

I tried that file, nut everything is still scrambled.

make sure that you have the new fw1.9 is installed , this was released last week,so you might have it already ,but if not , you need that too .
also in ipconfig , the dns ip should be 68.105.28.12 , if not change it.and theres no port # any longer and make certain dhcp is selected then hit apply and ..reset the stb ,, router internet if needed.

Hi jack after trying what you said am still getting scrambled. Do i need to install the serial number from th ****.

the hub s s/n is very important. without the correct one entered you'll be locked out of thier server and you'll have the same results , a black dark screen .

how doo you enter the SN. From the remote or on the computer because it has numbers and letters. Thanks

U enter No: with the numbers on ur remote and letters with play,puls,fastforward, ect. buttons

if you look at the bottom of the screen theres 6 lettere a thru f and the symbol next to each letter , so if you have a 'A' and the number 1 in the s/n on your remote press the symbol that corespondes to the letter A ,in this case the rewind symbol , and the number 1 and so on..

the trick , rr ,slow,ff,stop,play, and the pause buttons = A thru F
