rolling black and white screen

My 360 Premier is rolling black and white any suggestions?

try this quick fix for PAL setting

I can see the channel number screen in black and white but if i make the changes you recommend it turns almost completely black. did a rear reboot and it brings up the rolling black and white channel number screen its rolling so fast i cant get into the factory default set up either

click on the tutorials section and following DUNGER instruction ...and see if that help
