Unhappy download fail

I did every thing right and have read all posts on **** and i get a
"download failed...!" every time.

which s/w are you attempting to d/l beta file ?
if so, then this might apply to you but, when downloading updates for the **** via usb, i always had some problems updateing this way, ifind that useing the sv loader via pc to perform my updates works much better,

Thanks for reply, But how do i update from my pc?

Every time i go and try network download, i go back to ip config and it goes back to the static,80 etc
and yes i have the new file loaded, i used the usb if that makes a difference.

Well I think I know what you are talking about, and not sure if I should be downloading that as well. I had one hell of a time loading my ****, however I think that I have it now. The network d/l you are trying to do, I would like some info on as well. if you are unable to get the **** to work, d/l'ing this will not help, or does it? Make sure & triple check all the settings on you ip config, I found that it took me a long time, but eventually it worked. I had missed something and eventually found my error. Does anyone know what the network d/l is for?

i'm not shure if i can help here as my unit the elite dose not have this feature w/ the **** for some reason, you can check the tutorials section , theres a wealth of info on the ****.
heres something DUNGER has come up w/ for everyone to test server status, this might help you.

How to figure out if the server is up or down (new method)

I also have 360 premier and have loaded new bin file twice using usb drive in front port. Just asking but did you unzip bin file before you tried to load to rec.? Good luck I know this stuff can be very frustrating?
