SV4000 down

Pls. Help I have SV4000 and it shows 0000 on the box. after turning the power on and off it is 0000;. do u think it is time to get new box.

Try to unplug the reciever from the outlet and disconect the sat in wire then plug and see if the 0000 is gone

I unpluged it, turn power on and off still doesnot work. still shows 0000

Let it sit unplugged for an hour or two. Then try to power it up with nothing connected to it at all. If it still says 0000 then hook up to TV and see if you can access your menu if you can then something software related is wrong.

Nothing works

I tried everything nothing works. Powered off, factory reset. I guess it time for new box. can anyone pls. tell me which is best. I watch lots of international channels. thanks
