I AM TRYING TO LOAD NEW BIN FILE WHEN I SELECT FILE TOOLS AND SELECT USB EXPLORER IT TELLS ME USB DEVICE IS NOT CONNECTED. I USED SAME STICK TO LOAD FILES ON 11/1. COULD YOU HELP ME?
