Posting Rules- Do not post questions such as the following, "Where can I get this file?". Members will not be spoon fed. Use the Search tool if needed. Always read and explore on your own before posting anything on the forum.
- Please watch your language when posting. We do not allow foul language.
- There is to be absolutely no abuse towards other members on the forum, this also includes through Private Messages. This is sometimes referred to as "flaming" or "bashing" and is unacceptable.
- No posting the exact same post 2 times within 1 hour. This is often referred to as double posting.
- No posting in a manner which the moderators feel is simply to increase a user's post count.
- No posting requests for bins/fixes/channels. This is sometimes referred to as "bin begging" or "channel begging".
- No discussion is permitted in the files sections of the forum. The files sections on the forum are for file posts only.
- No posting of files in discussion sections of the forum. Discussion sections on the forum are for discussions only.
- Only post keys in the designated "Newest Keys" forum section. Keys are not to be posted anywhere else on the forum.
- There is to be absolutely no posting of names and/or links to other FTA websites or FTA related websites either on the forum or through the Private Messaging system. This includes FTA based forums, websites, stores, etc. The exception are links to manufacture websites and/or Advertiser/Sponsor websites of N2News.com . Also note this rule applies to live and non-live links. Use common sense before posting links!
- No Advertising is allowed in any part of the forum. The exception is a Advertiser/Sponsor of N2News.com .
- Try your best to post in the proper section on the forum, failure to do so will have your thread deleted or moved.
- Do not post using all capital letters, your post will be deleted. An example of this would be "DO NOT POST USING ALL CAPITALIZED LETTERS LIKE THIS".
- Do not Thread Hijack. Thread Hijacking refers to the act of making a post in a thread which is irrelevant to the original thread topic. An example would be, if a person is asking a question in regards to programming their FTA and a person decides to make a post regarding keys. Thread Hijacking is unacceptable and in doing so will have your thread deleted.
- There is to be no posting of threads on the topic of race, religion and/or politics.
- There is to be no posting of personal information such as, but not limited to, email addresses, addresses, phone numbers, last names, etc.
- There is to be no posting of attachments and/or posting of links of copyrighted and/or pirated material in public sections of the forum.
- Please avoid using trademark names of satellite providers when posting.
- There is to be no spamming of any kind on the forum.
- No posting comments and/or opinions which are for the sole purpose of attacking a certain brand of FTA or its group of coders. This is sometimes referred to as "flaming and/or bashing". Opinions and/or comments are always welcome but should be made in a respectful manner at all times.
- No posting excessively in the manner of gloating and/or touting any brand of FTA, especially in an effort to promote sales.
- There is to be no disrespect towards members posting ads in the "Market Place" forum section. Specifically no trashing or hijacking of ads in the "For Sale" and "Trades" sub forums.
- There is to be no posting of content that contains any pornographic, racist, objectionable or offensive material.
Other Rules- Usernames, Avatars, Signatures and/or Profile Videos must not contain any pornographic, racist, objectionable or offensive material.
- There is to be no abuse of the reputation system.
- Do not Private Message Moderators, Admins and/or anyone else with questions that can be answered in the forums. Use the forums for support
- The helpdesk is not a 'support area' for FTA issues, it is a support area for site issues.
- Your account is YOUR account alone. Individuals found sharing their account login or password will be immediately banned.
Chargebacks
ANY user launching a chargeback, or buyer complaint in PayPal will have their access immediately revoked. If you have a question, or concern, please, feel free to open a thread in the site assistance forum, and we will help you out the best we can. Chargebacks and buyer complaints take time and resources away from helping others, and they're getting out of control. We're here to help you , we want to help you, however, chargebacks and complaints like this will no longer be accepted.
