setup
having trouble starting my coolsat 8100 HD. Won't download. Please help

Turn ur receiver off and on from the back and then do a download. If that does not work then use the cable to download.

loading coolsat 8100HD
tried turning receiver off and back on. Same results. message comes up "invalid code" or "no code" Cannot use usb cable. ends are different, and computer and receiver take same end. go figure!!! Need to find where to get correct loading code to load with stick.
