uncapping is what will get you caught, be careful.

internet is not something you would want to hack, way to easy to get caught, it wouldnt take them verry long to notice some 1 stealing internet from a cable or sat company. But there is ways of getting free slow as hell internet that i know of with a boost or nextel phone. I wroe a post telling people how to set it up, it is in the vs pro discussion area and name is off topic

i used a modified cable modem for about four years, never even a word from cable provider.
I moved to the sticks there is no cable out here so I sold it, but it worked very well...

I do know that cable TV, and cable internet are on two different frequencies, and cable company can tell who is getting it very easy. All I will say about it, and I know I have been paying dearly for cable internet for over ten years and I do a lot of stuff with it, and if there was a way to get it free I would of already been there.

you will need a basic cable tv programming from local cable company and a modified cable modem and the way this works is the modem will constantly look for an ip address allowing you to connect to the internet do not and i repeat do not uncap a modem it is highly illegal
