Pansat 9200HD PVR File Transfer Software
You can transfer files from your 9200HD PVR's external drive to your pc, rename files and delete files. You can also transfer files to your external drive to be played on your PVR. I've fooled around with this feature for about an hour but I have yet to get the encoding just right so that it would play.
The files are unencrypted transport streams (.ts files). You can play them on your pc with the right codec package and there is freeware apps available to encode any of your videos to ts to play them on your Panny.
