Powerline adapter set up-Phoenix, Solaris and HD

These instructions will help you setup your receiver using powerline adapters. Please follow the following instructions to establish a ip for your Nfusion Phoenix
, Solaris or Hd. You need a pair of powerline adapters one will be located next to your router and the other next to your receiver.

Turn the receiver off from the back....

1.Remove ac power from your router and your modem.....

2.Boot up your modem allow your modem to have enough time to establish your network.

3.Attach the Ethernet cable
from your 1st homeplug to one of the ports of your router. Don't plug the ac power to the homeplug just yet.

4.Boot up your router allow the router enough time to detect the devices....

5.Plug the ac power cord of the 1st home plug directly into the wall out of where your router is located. Gives it a minute or so.for your router to detect the 1st home plug.

6.Attach the Ethernet cable from your 2nd homeplug to the Ethernet port of your receiver.

7.Plug the ac power cord of your 2nd homeplug directly into the wall outlet of where your receiver is located. Give the homeplug a minute or two to register and allow the router to detect the device.

8. Last turn on your receiver. When the menu comes up press menu--->Internet--->Network information. If your receiver was successful in acquiring an ip you should see the ip of 192.168.xxx.xxx.

All information provided is purely speculation as I do not test. Use the provided information at you own risk.
