you need to put in the address of your router usually something like this
192.168.1.1

Channel 100 is not a N3 channel. You need to have it on a N3 channel like 300 which is HBO for it to roll properly.

i'm back, had to sleep & work, i'll try your suggestions. how do i find router address? again thanks to everyone trying to help.

ok i figured it out, had 090831 solaris phoenix 153.0 bin in receiver. loaded 090928 sol v153.1 & everything working. i learned again to always check settings. thanks to everyone helping with this. this is best site ever.
