thanks - did that - still the same no channels and the same message appears - service not avaialable even though I am on channels that are supposed to work according to the latest list posted
I am curious as to why I cannot see the latest boot of 43. It still shows 1.30, even though the s/w shows 1.51 which was just loaded.

internet cable connected and the green light is on on the connector at the back of the unit

Starrmann,
I am in the same boat as you I did all the upgrades and checked settings and versions, and still no channels...

ok turn the nfusion off from the back then power cycle your modem by unplugingc and unhook the battery if it has one so that it can be fully rebooted now plug back up modem let it reboot completely then turn stb back on. once it is back on and has ebooted push the power button twice and it will reboot again and all should be well

I have noticed that the red light on the front what usually was on in the past when connected is n't showing up, unless powered down. have been able to check iks connection and look for upgrade and it shows it is working..

Thanks for the help. It makes this much easier.
I was just reading a previous post - it says to go to channel 342 and wait.
Well in a few minutes cahnnel 342 started to work.
Not all the channels that have been listed as working are though, only some.
Should I do a channel rescan now that some are working??????
