Question Information Request

I had a VS Plat, and after getting input from other members, I am going to purchase the NFusion Phoenix....I was just wondering if someone could give me a quick input/guide on the difference between the VS and the Phoenix in regards to hook-up, file downloads, etc.....Any information would be greatly appreciated ....... thanking you all in advance.
