set up help please
I am new at this and not good at it I had a sonicview 4000 and all i had to do is use a usb stick I just got my new nfusion solaris box and hooked it up but all i get is it says service not available I have it hooked to the lnbs and the internet and my laptop but i dont know how to download to the box thank you

Nfusion Setup Guide for Solaris/Nuvenio SD Units you have some reading to do my friend,and you need to get a router if you can to hook it to the net(will be easier than hooking to laptop).i would suggest going to the tutorials section and start reading so you can become familiar with your box and some terms associated with it.start with the link i just gave you and you can go from there.

I Got it but no channels
I got it set up but all i have is 100 and when i put it on another channel it says service not availabe i-on n-on p-off emul-off / sun connected do i need to wait for a new up date or do i need to do somthing else to it thanks for the help setting it up ben reading alot thanks

have u got the lattest bin in it if so try a re boot the whole system

give some info on your set up what dish and lnb and annt settings have you got.
all info on wat you have set in your box

The dish is dish 500 lnds are DP Plus and antenna is set 110w and 119w and down load nfusion factory kit and sol phoenix-sd v151-o bin
