ok guys here is your bin to control 'slingbox' use these instructions to add
to your sling box if you have older 'slingbox' add in the sbav.cfg newer versions require only these steps (I tested on the slingbox pro)

Here's the instructions again for using the .bin file with the latest incarnation of SlingPlayer...

1) Make sure you're running the latest SlingPlayer 1.4.0.206
2) Copy the .bin file into the SBAV folder in the SlingPlayer program directory
3) Fire up SlingPlayer
4) Choose from Menubar -> SlingBox -> SlingBox Directory
5) Hit -> Edit properties
6) Choose SlingBox configuration tab
7) Hot audio/Video setup to run the wizard
8) Click -> Next -until you get to Device brand
9) Choose -> Other -> Next
10) Type in the alternative code from the .bin filename, ie, S1000 (bin name is S1000_PL.bin)
11) Then run the power and channel tests it takes you through, hit Finish and close the menu windows

Guys,

after waiting for someone to help me I decided to work on this proiject and find out it is very simple,

Here is the file that i made and tested on SlingBox Pro, all the menus are working, some of them are not in there place such as to press Menu you wil have to press Play but all of them works, I am still working to make them straight.....
I also test it to work with my IPPVR and it works fine.

just copy the file in the following directory of your slingmedia

c:\ProgrameFiles\Sling Media\SlingPlayer\SBAV\

and the code will be "S2000" as the file name.
