Hi guys some one help me please.

Note: please keep in mind I am new at this and have read all the instuctions for beginners and manual key entry.
I downloaded the sp6037pre, unzipped them and saved to desk top, then on to usb flash dr,then to my reciever,it recorgnised the file,let it download,rebooted its self,I scanned satellites and went to user pref selected dishautoroll(remember dishautoroll was already selected to on) hit OK went to channel 200 waited 10min-15min no picture. Went to plan B, Sys setting selected hot keys,then nagrav,dish net, got 4 lines of keys,hit the blue button entered the line 1, done line 2,done and hit the red button to save hti back button, put on channel 200 waited 10min-15min no picture.Is it (sp6037pre) or (sp6023pre)
Also I pick up ******** 1&2, 8&10, 7, NIMIQ 1&2. I scanned them one at a time but they are duplicating channels is that ok.
please help.

If they are duplication channels then u have a problem with ur settings for each sat. U have to select the rite port for each sat based on what kinda switch(if u r using one) and what kinda sat dish u have. This could be the reason that u r not getting any picture

I am not using a switch, but any way I have the channels and they are still scrambled and which keys are we using. is it the sp6037pre becuase I did these and they did work yet.

How many satelite dish do you have dude?
From the sound of it your place must look like NASA.
What do you have and what are you looking for?

I have a neusat sp6000 premium.(1) lnb(circular), (1)dish,no switch and Iam at 80-88% signal strength due to trees but Iam on the hill (I guess thats what you called NASA).I get echo 7, 1&2, 5,8&10,NIMIQ 1&2,.but all the ch's are scramb.
problems/questions:
1) what and where are the current keys ?
2) when I did a scan 1 sat at a time I still got duplicates, what do I need to do to avoid that ?
