Display En00 with green light
the new Neosat ipro 2000 plus shows the display En00 after downloading new software via internet( it did automatically with no problems) and then rebooted itself to show that display and no signal to the television

the box did not respond to the remote

switched off and on after couple of hours and it rebooted on to the same display En00

Don't know whats going on

any suggestions please
