The end-users of products and service that N2News supplies need to read and agree to the Conditions of Use and Declaration of Intent. The sale of our products are contingent upon these terms. The user of products provided by N2News agrees to the terms below.
I, the user, understand that certain satellite television equipment sold legally may nevertheless be used in an unauthorized manner to aid in the theft of satellite television services. I, hereby declare that I understand that the law provides for substantial criminal and civil penalties for the theft of satellite television services, and that I will not use products provided by N2News in any way whatsoever to intercept any satellite television signal without proper authorization from the local satellite service provider and payment of all lawful charges, and I will only use the equipment in accordance with all applicable laws.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
We do not provide or condone the use of third party software in FTA receivers. Using third party software may be illegal and void product warrantee. Do not email or contact us in any way for information on how to install third party software. The satellite receivers we sell are designed and intended for 100% legal use only. We will refuse sale to anyone whom we believe intends to use our product illegally or sell our products for illegal use.

I, the Purchaser, understand that certain cable/satellite television equipment sold legally may nevertheless be used in an unauthorized manner to aid in the theft of cable/satellite television services. As an inducement to the dealer to sell me cable/satellite equipment,
I, hereby declare, under penalties of perjury, that I understand that federal law and various state and local laws provide for substantial criminal and civil penalties for the theft of cable/satellite television services, and that all products that I purchase from FTA Receiver Forum, now and in the future, will not be used to intercept any cable/satellite television signal without proper authorization from my local cable/satellite company and payment of all lawful charges, and I will only use the equipment in accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws.
FTA Receiver Forum is selling you equipment so that you may use in a legitimate way as intended. It is not the intent of FTA Receiver Forum to defraud any cable/satellite company, and FTA Receiver Forum will not assist any individual in doing so. Receiving cable/satellite signals without proper payment is a crime. It is the customer's responsibility to notify their cable/satellite company of any equipment they may have, and must obtain permission to use such equipment.
FTA Receiver Forum will not be held responsible for any damages physical or legally that may be incurred while using equipment purchased from FTA Receiver Forum. You must comply with all federal, state and local laws regarding private ownership of cable/satellite TV equipment.
In the event that I am a dealer in cable/satellite television equipment, I will not advertise such products with the intent that any purchaser buy the equipment for the purpose of aiding in any theft of cable/satellite television services, nor will I sell or otherwise transfer any equipment I have purchased from FTA Receiver Forum to any third party who I know or may suspect will use any such cable/satellite equipment for the theft of cable/satellite television services. As an inducement to the dealer, I agree to indemnify FTA Receiver Forum for any liabilities, cost or expense which may incur, including but not limited to attorney fees and court costs, as a result of my breach of the foregoing declaration.
Title 47 of the United States Code 553 (a)(1) states that:
"No person shall intercept or receive or assist in intercepting or receiving any communications service offered over a cable system, unless specifically authorized to do so by a cable operator or as may otherwise be specifically authorized by law."
By placing an order, the purchaser states that he/she is of legal age and those products ordered will only be used in a lawful manner. It is the sole responsibility of the end user to ensure compliance with Federal, State and Local laws when using these products.
Buyer agrees to hold FTA Receiver Forum, it’s owners, employees and affiliates free of any claims, actions, legal and/or court fees brought against him/her in connection with any use/misuse of products ordered from this web site and/or products from external sites. Buyer further agrees to hold and save harmless distributor from any and all claims, liabilities, disputes and expenses such as attorney's fees from third parties resulting from improper use (i.e. hacking or pirating encoded pay satellite signal) of the equipment furnished by distributor, including but not limited to attorney fees and court costs.
Service User Agreement and Privacy Policy
By using this Service, you agree to be bound by all of the terms of this Service User Agreement and Privacy Policy. Currently, service is free to all users. N2News.com reserves the right to charge for this Service in the future, to change the terms of this Agreement, to modify any features of this Service at any time. In the event that we decide to charge for the Service, users may elect whether to pay for the Service. We also reserve the right to suspend, change, or discontinue the Service at any time without any prior notice. You must be 13 years or older to use our Service.
