Look SV, CS and VS simply got too ego'ed out for their own good. They turned on one another and shot each other in foot. Plain and simple. If they had any business sense they would of realized that what comes around goes around. When they tried to offer each up against the man with informants etc. etc. etc. (Thinking that is the best way to eliminate the competition) they only screwed themselves in the end.....Yes let us hope the lesson was learned so that the FTA options we still have, will remain to us in one form or another. United we stand divided we ALL fall........ This may also answer the question of why I can goto any of the several local FTA dealers in my area and purchase any model Viewsat for chump change compared to a year before........

TV me a conviction is when a jury finds you guilty after a trial, the story says they pleaded guilty. If you have any kind of a lawyer at all when you plead guilty you have made a deal to protect yourself from any seriose repercusions, such as heavy prison time, financial penalty or personal restrictions. these guys probably have a get out of jail free card issued by the prosecuter. Just my thoughts, lets wait and see.

Kwak already settled the lawsuit with a settlement were he pays several million only if he is caught playing again,.. So his choice is be flooded and wiped out by lawyers bills or call it a day..This is the same tactic B*ll used in Canada.."you may be right..but we have more lawyers"

He plead guilty and will get a very very light sentence or a heavy one...suspended provided he doesnt open back up and a fine he will never have to pay

That said ..dish is not an evil scam..they are a business like anyone else and spent millions to launch satellites..and therefore are entitled to make money back. They have to pay the studios, studios have to pay the star etc etc . Too expensive dont buy it and put up an antenna..but dont claim a RIGHT to steal
