Khub problem
I just got my kbox and khub in. I read all the threads on how to set up my box and the box is set up. I try to activate the khub using a usb flash drive and the box gives me an error that it the kbub is not connected and can't comunicate with khub.

Any ideas?

How are you connecting hub to the box? Is it thru a cable or is this plugs straight in box?

Try this, make sure you reboot box from back switch.

Khub Connecting issue......try this

Try using this file

K1 Prodigy V2.03 2009/09/09 Telefonica fixed

I have that file on the box. The prloblem is that I can't activate the khub I tried usb and a cable. I have done this before and it worked fine on other khubs. I have never ran into the problem of the box not connecting to the khub. I;m thinking the khub might be bad.

You can try a pluging a working hub to new box and see if it works. If so, you will know that it came with bad hub.
