Kbox pro-help

after reading, and trying many times, I can not get the set up for Kbox Pro,
the hub is the one that gets it power form the reicever, # 09002
I got stuck at the connection mode, try enter Ip, still did work and keep saying "module is not connected"

any one with info that can help?

Power off your box from back. Pull the hub out and let it sit for few minutes. Power on the box from back. Wait for 2 minutes so it can cycle thru diagnostic and boot routine. Power it off from back. Wait for 1 minute.

Now plug back your hub to the serial port. Power on the box. Use USB port to activate your hub.

Seems like serial port on box has some issue of dsr/dtr and does not get recongnized sometimes.

YA, that help, got connected
HAve Troubo hd dish and 3 LNB, looking at 119, 110, 129
cannot find the seting on the LNB Type, is it single or OCS-DP or OCS
