I read onsite, I will have to activate khub thorugh pc, I connected to pc by usb to seriel cable but my khub doen't ledup, I am confused to setup, plese help on this

Use the usb to load the files. Hook everything up including the ethernet cable. First load the files for the K box use the code (K1 Prodigy V2.03 2009/09/09 Telefonica fixed) located in the file section.
Then load the file for the K hub (Khub-activate_v2.0). Scan the Sat's. Turn off all the Auto rolls Change the box from standalone to network and then it should work.

First of all thanks, I did everything what you said, but how I load (Khub-activate_v2.0) to my khub, I connected to my pc by usb to serial cable, my hub didn't come with AC cord for hub, so when I connect to my pc, it seems like doesn't work because no power, but i hook up to kbox has power.

Load all files using the a flash drive and the usb port on you Kbox behind the door on the front of the Kbox.

1) Make sure that is not a model tha is Pre-Activated,
2) if you have to do the activation, YES you have to use your PC and "FT LOADER",
CONNECTING the KHUB to your PC using the NULL cable.

You must have a new version ...it receives POWER thru the black cable.
It should be pre-activated. Look THE FIRST 5 DIGITS on the Khub, if are 09006,it
doesn't need to be activated.
