At KBOX Team, we're proud to offer our end-users with a 2-year "No Worries" Exchange Warranty on our entire line of KBOX free-to-air satellite receivers. That's right, if you find any manufacturing defects, simply return your receiver to the Authorized Dealer where you bought your Unit , and you'll get a brand new receiver right there - no worries! We promise

For K1 PLUS users, we will repair your receiver or exchange for a working K1 PLUS receiver (or equivalent where available).

Warranty period of 2-year covers receivers and network modules only. Remote controls and other accessories are covered by dealers' and resellers' respective store policies. We may ask you to present proof of purchase to verify warranty eligibility. For hassle-free service please retain your receipt and remember to purchase from an official KBOX partner!
KBOX 2 Years Warranty
For K1 PLUS USERS:

ALL K1 PLUS edition receivers now qualify for a 2-year manufacturer's warranty extended to June 30, 2011.
For K1 PRODIGY USERS:

ALL K1 PRODIGY receivers are covered for 2-years from the date of purchase. Please retain your original store receipt or invoice.
