ML is right on. The Pro is a single tuner but you can watch something on the same tp as what your recording or i believe you can watch a recording while recording something else. The VS7000 is my personal favorite box and is a dual tuner box, so you can record a show and watch something else or rec. 2 shows and watch something recorded or on the same tp as one of the recordings. Thats rec. 2 shows while watching another!!! It also is the only box with a built-in hdd slot so no clumbsy usb hdd to buy. It does not load with a usb stick but it does connect via usb cable to your pc to stream movies, pics., mp3's, bins and files, and even take your recorded programs and send them to your pc so you can convet them and burn a dvd. It is not HD but it has great pic quality and is the best dual tuner hands down. Hope this helps bro. BG

You can actually record two shows at once with the pro..as long as they are on the same TP
