Some of us don't have the money to spend on DSL..., for what it would cost me~ approximately $50 plus a month,... I can get dn HD for less money!! As for tying up my phone line (for dial-up), I wouldn't care, but the phone company really frowns on that. Other than the 3 channels still FTA, I'm using my Max HD for a (really) expensive TV guide, the new HD TV I got doesn't have a programming guide built in. Since, in my area, there are 11 digital stations with 5 of them HD, I'll wait for (hopefully!!) a fix.
