new sat dish get 455
a friend told me by instaling a different dish i can get 455 again and more channels but sure 455 does anybody know what dish he is talking about

I think you friend is full of it. THe dish doesn't matter with that channel.

instead of asking here, why don't you ask your friend what he is talking about, where he got his info from and if he has tried it, then post back here and let us know what you found.

idk wat people are thinking but i runed in to a guy that i know that dont know much about fta and he had heard from some site that if you get a old primstar dish that it wud get his channels back i told him they was off their rocker. wat a stupid scam

You are so right , the only significance of the dish is that you have to have one to get sat. tv with the other equip. of course. Maybe this person just wanted to make conversation?
