motor won't move

wondering if anybody else has had problems with digipower sg2100 motor? problem is it will only move 1 degree east or west, had sighted in 4 sats before this happen, so it did work, and it returned to 0 degree , reset it, cut power off to it. manual button also only moves it 1 degree east or west. thought maybe the limts button was push try pushing limits off wasn't the fix, called store i bought it from and they said send it back, and i will . just tring to save a good install and learn the whys and why nots. so any advice would be greatly appreciated.

If they said send it back then most likely there is an issue with motor and I suggest you send it back. Makesure you are using the recommended guage coax also...

Remember to hit the THANKS button if my post was helpfull (Or annoying...hehe)
