fortec mercury master password

I have a fortec mercury 2 that someone has put a passwod on to lock out certain channels
And I was wondering if there is a master password that will let me reset this receiver

it is your parents who has put the password....to locked up some channels....and what is the channels you wanna to unlock it...???

haha, anyway, its not my parents, I'm 38 years old!!
actually it is a friend of mine who rents a house out to people who come from other countries for short terms, and one of the people had put a password on to block some channels from their kids, and now they have moved.

most recievers master password are 0000 hope that helps

usually a factory default will reset the password on most boxes
