Here is the Maggie-to-Skyview & Skyview2Magnum Conversion Kit.
Both conversion processes have been tested many times over.
If you follow directions to the letter, it works perfect.
Now you can run your skyview with no worries as a magnum
or your Magnum as a Skyview PV-1000 the same way.

Magnum to Skyview:
Factory default the unit/database BEFORE you load these bins to ensure it's a "clean" write.
1) Load the SV-P1000v100_070417_Factory_Uncompressed bin with X-Down
when the display flashes "good" goto step 2.
2) Load the V100 to V103_boot_upgrade file and wait for display to show "good".
3) Congratulations, your maggie is now a SkyviewPV-1000, download latest file and flash unit.
Factory default the unit once more, and setup unit normally. Nearly everything your used to seeing in your Maggie is in the same spot as before. Just the menu colors have changed for the most part.

Here is the Skyview to Magnum Conversion.

Skyview to Magnum:
Factory default the unit/database BEFORE you load these bins to ensure it's a "clean" write.
1) Load the SkyMag152C bin with X-Down
when the display flashes "good".
2) Congratulations, your Skyview is now a Magnum again or now, download latest file and flash unit.
Factory default the unit once more, and setup unit normally. Nearly everything your used to seeing in your Skyview is in the same spot as before. Just the menu colors have changed for the most part.

The Magnum3300XV Virginization Kit should only be used on a true magnum.
Improper use of files on the Magnum OR Skyview unit may cause damage to the unit.
One uses an uncompressed file format(Magnum), and the other is a compressed file format (Skyview)
The factory uncompressed file SHOULD NOT be used on a unit that is ALREADY a Skyview.
Use the compressed factory file (version 103_factory compressed) to reset/virginize a Skyview unit
