Since "signal" is down, I've been using my CW800 to watch recorded movies I had previously recorded on my hard drive.

Today the display went off and I can't turn on my device. Thus I can't do anything.

I tried to do a factory load, I of course followed the instructions on the "How to Update BIN and Data by PC" file. But I just couldn't "reset it" to factory load.

Actually the device isn't doing what the tutorial says: "...and you will see 00:00 .... the LED dot --:-- wil blink"

The display never showed anything, no numbers, no letters, no dots, no nothing.

I believe it is important to mention that both RED and GREEN leds "Left side of the display" are on. I can't remember if this is the way they were before "malfunction".

Please enlight me with your wisdom. I'm sure you have the answer to my problem.
