A dish 500 dish with a new sonicview dual LNB (.3 db; Anik F3 118.7&119)-info off the box. It came with a USB stick.
How do I get up and running? I keep reading things about having a computer connected to the reciever, but my laptop doesn't have a connection that matches the cable that came with the reciever.
And if I connect a computer, then what's the USB stick for?

I am using Cricket broadband witch uses a USB modem that must be plugged up to the computer to access the internet. Would I have to get a wireless router and receiver to connect the Phoenix to my computer so it can access the internet, or is there another way to do it without having to leave my computer on and connected to the internet 24 hours a day? Like I said now, I have to have the modem plugged into the computer and connected to the Cricket network in order to access the internet. I just need to know the best way to hook up the Nfusion to make it work correctly.
