coolsat 7000 help not working

I can never seem to get my channels up and running, I have put lots of files in with no luck all still scrambled. Can anyone help. maybe I am doing something wrong or is the sat. down

cs700 RE- AIMING DISH

Go to LAATEST N2 NEWS on start page you will see RE-AMING YOUR DISH from b3v to dn set your dish for 110w and119w re scan will work good luck have a nice day PS dn down right now fix should be in later
