having problem loading my 6100 coolsat from usb im only have port on front of the stb dont know why others have thiers at the back of stb, For some reason my box wont read any file from my flash drive ,need your experties and thanks for response

have you tried a diff stick

I think in user setup you can choose front or back or auto. And like he said maybe you need a new flash drive. Or worst case scenario your usb drive on your stb is not functioning.

both done changing usb and still wont read i have tride the rs 32 cable but the problem is it wont recoqnised all the ports on my laptop what could be wrong on this stb ,thaks guys

its been a while but if i remember right, this should work.format the drive with the coolsat first.then unzip the file.open the file and delete anything that isnt the file(a read me or text file)transfer file to flash drive.tune to channel 100 and insert flash drive into the front usb port(the only one that it has).window shouuld pop up.hit red button.download. if that doesnt work,dont worry cause the fix should only last for a day or two anyways (its a joke,relax).if that doesnt work use your cable and make sure that you are only loading the bin file and nothing else.good luck
