Seems everyone here is so paranoid. Lighten up! If that stb is making you nervous, take that thing and unplug it. I don't know about you guys, but I am here for one reason. And that reason is to learn and to mess around with what I have learned and then learn some more. "The end is near"? The end is ALWAYS near. If you are doing something you don't feel comfortable doing, like I said, unplug it. Put it away, and enjoy life. Where I live the winters can be brutal. Some of the most wonderful times I have experienced was those with no power, just the Wife and Kids and our buck stove. Talk about mesmerizing. So...if the end is near so be it. I'll betcha the "end" don't last for long, but if it does.....well maybe I'll go play some ball with the kids. Hmmmm

who's flamin? you post something like "the end is near" and scare everyone with $20,000 lawsuits and you dont like the responses that you get,ridiculous!there are members on this site(including me)that dont understand the entire workings of fta and post like that dont help anyone.it is just a scare tactic,nothing more.

so now you've resorted to name calling? i simply posted something thats true, provided evidence to prove it.. i guess you cant help those who dont want to be helped. but please, you have to be more mature than namecalling to "prove your point". and i threatened noone. I told you at the beginning of the post it was a copy/paste. you can take it for what its worth, and if it scares you that bad, maybe you are doing something you shouldn't. i just provided public information to the public. don't shoot the messenger... no need in all this. grow up.

Rave the pdf you posted are true, but all the other BS in the post were a c/p, from someone that does not know what they are talking about, an here is a pdf about when they wanted to go after the end user with coolsat, an it was shot down, maybe this will put all your minds to rest!!!!

Rave...I was not "flaming", I am simply making a point that sometimes all of us get too caught up in fta. It is such a wonderful and rewarding hobby! But, the post you made about "The End" kinda made even me nervous, and I am doing nothing illegal. I think bruhub made an excellent point....what do you expect after making such a strange post. But, like I said, not flaming. Sorry that you interpreted it that way. Are we cool?
