Support discontinued?
Has NorW discontinued support for 5000 6000 and 7000 and 7100 series?

Support is not officaly discontinued. They just seem to be unable or unwilling to release files lately. They promised just a few days ago that they were going to start releasing files again. We see how that promise went.

pretty sure i know how that promise is going to pan out.if any coolsat owners are still hanging on and hoping,good luck to you.i think you are setting yourselves up for long series of disappointments.bite the bullit now and buy a new box,because the ones that work after the switch are gonna cost alot more than they do now.it seems that coolsat has no intention of providing support and that was obvious a year ago when they stuck it to the 4,5 and 6000 owners.since i started this "hobby",coolsat has always been the first one down and the last one up.i dont know what the future holds for coolsat,but i know that they will never get another dime from me.i couldnt be happier with my vspro or solaris.best money i ever spent
