I have had a lot of problems with the set up. I use an apple computer and have found that it hasn't been doing something right in the download and unzip process so the duo would never work. Using regular computer I got all the channels up. They seem to go out very often, how often does this usually happen? When the channels go down, do I have to start from scratch and enter 5.10, 3.0, the patch, and keys again? Also any suggestions on how to use my Apple computer for the downloads to work.

even with the new fix.
i have had it for months now and have never experienced this problem.

hey their my fellow cnx guys. i myself use a duo, and a mac. dont be fooled, the mac is fine and the duo is great.
you only need to load 5.1 once. when the box isnt working, just simply wait for the new f**. when it comes, just download it. macs automatically unzip it to the desktop. also, you can download "stuff it" for free and unzip any file, (its for macs) you just gotta be patient, i used to lose my mind when i first got my box and it kept going out. its a fact of this game. i love it. our programmers are straight gangsta. they will work it out in no time. your not alone guys.

I use a 1993 mac g4 400 mhz fr 1 gb ram
its awesome in fact i threw my 2007 hp laptop pavillion pc away after spending hundreds of dollars to protect it from all the crap that takes pc computers down .im sick of pc ,the only pc i will ever use again will not be mine.
I will no longer be subject to any more pc $$$ and mental anguish abuse,its a real great scam mac proves it day after day ,,saving up for my new mac ...thanx mac for showing me who really runs the show...

I have installed the new fix's and i am not getting all the channels i should be, I am new to this is there something i am missing?

hi there got the oval dish with 3 LNB installed by the pro. but when hook it up with conaxsat duo receiver only got the signal on the echo 7 only can what wrong can you help please

Amen brother. I switched to Linux in 1996. Never looked back. Occasionally I have to deal with a MicroSnot machine but just often enough to loose my lunch on my shoes from the disgusting experience.
Can't use civil language to describe my loathing for MicroSnot.

I have a duo and I'm having a bit of trouble too.
I also have a Nano. It is perfect. Was up and running out of the box in about 15 minutes. I've been working on this one for hours. Got a picture for a while then it locked up. Must have the wrong version.
