Loader for the CS 8100HD

* If you get the errors "COMCTL32.OCX" & "MSCOMM32.OCX" missing
you will need to add these files(addon pack). Save them in your windows/system32 directory then cut/paste the 2 lines one at a time into "Start + RUN" This will register the files for you, enjoy.
