If you are NOT using amazonas (61W) for Spanish language programming then there is NOT a need to use Telefonica Updates. The previous non-Telefonica file works fine. Unless you are in the area of South America , you are out of 61W's footprint to benefit from this release.
Telefonica files when loaded cause the video to turn to PAL automatically and can NOT be changed back unless you reload the factory file, system clean file, and then latest non-Telefonica file.
