Unhappy CW Ultima

Anybody know how to get the what they call th new CW Ultima up.

I programed mine the same way I programed the cw 800.

Cannot load factory files just loops around 1234.

try to load the factory file with cable and loader in boot mood ...OFF and ON the switch of the back of box while holding the power button on front if you see the word BOOT....then do it..then reload the latest file and rescan sat...if you using DISH 500 and getting two sats...119 and 110....then set your sat like this
