Question Signal and quality

Ive got cw800 and was wonder the trick on getting better signal and guality

The signal is from the receiver to the LNB.So a shorter cable and good connections give you better signal strength. The quality is from the LNB to the satellite. The clearer the line of site from the dish to the satellite and the better the alignment the higher the quality. Right now we are down and waiting for the new fix.

It's odd that captive works is the only box down, whats up with that?

I gotta run my crappy viewsat ultra, I find it inferior to CW.
