D o n g l e How To Setup Please Ensure the following items are included with the d o n g l e

1) POWER CORD
2) RS-232 CABLE
3) D O N G L E UNIT

YOU Will Need Internet Connection and a Router ( Not Included )

INSTALLING BIN

1) Factory Default You Captain Receiver As Is right Now
2) Download and Install Factory Firmware (Factory Firmware found Here All Models 7000Premium , 7100USB , 8000HD )
3) Factory Default the receiver 1 More Time
4) Download and Install The Latest 3RD Party IKS Bin For your receiver And setup as normally you would as per your setup


INSTALLING EQUIPMENT

1) Unplug your Captain FTA Receiver
2) Attach the RS-232 Cable to the back of your receiver
3) Attach your d o n g l e to your internet router using cat5 wire
4) Plug in the Captain FTA Receiver and also Plug in The D o n g l e
5) Power on your Captain FTA Receiver and go into system menu You will have the choice to enable the network
6) Enable network and save settings ( Receiver Will reboot and detect configuration )
7) To view Weather go back into system menu and go to Weather Here you will have the choice to view weather around the world

Note: You May be required to manually setup your network settings
